I am originally from the Appleton, WI area. I attended UW-Whitewater for my B.A. in English Professional Writing & Publishing AND Religious & Literary Studies. I obtained my M.S.Ed. in Higher Education Leadership from UW-Whitewater, as well. Before pursuing my Ph.D., I worked as an AmeriCorps member in Milwaukee, WI, where I worked with several other members to serve 60,000 people experiencing food insecurity. I began my Ph.D. in Writing and Rhetoric Studies at the University of Utah in August 2022, and I will be finishing my Ph.D. in May 2026.

I chose to work at èßäÉçÇøAPP because I had previously worked here in an online capacity during COVID-19. I loved èßäÉçÇøAPP's mission and dedication to their students, and when I saw an opportunity arise to join their team again as an English Faculty member, I jumped at the opportunity.
